The All In…Collective is your portal to a world of images displaying skin-related conditions on Asian, Indigenous, Black, and Brown individuals contributed by board-certified physicians who are proactively working together to advance research, A.I. models, and care delivery for all patients.
Why It Matters
Only 4% of images in textbooks show skin conditions on skin of color; & A.I. models are 86% white and male.
K’ept Health and the All In…Collective was born out of a need. The sad truth is a dearth of images exists in the representation of skin conditions on melanated skin in health education, research registries, and in A.I. models. Not only is this inconsistent with the pigmentation of most people in the world, but it also creates a gap in the care and assessment of patients of color, and the development of treatments, drugs, digital health tools, and products.
We Need Your Support
Contribute an Image to The K’ept Health Skin Image & Health Registry
Our image upload tool is available to any physician who has relevant images to share. Images are input using key descriptors that will ensure accurate and robust segmentation and labeling results. Each image is also accompanied by a case brief further detailing how the condition was recognized and treated. The images collected will be used to advance research and in the development of a point-of-care A.I. recommendation tool for the K’ept Health telehealth platform.
